Meet the Machines

"Meet the Machines" is a kid friendly event held at Budrovich's headquarters. Children ages 3 to 15 will get the opportunity to participate in hands-on educational activities involving heavy equipment. The event will take place on May 19th and SITE Improvement Association is proud to be a local sponsor.

Couples Golf Tournament & Dinner

Grab a partner and join us for the 2012 SITE Couples Golf Tournament. The event will be held on Thursday, May 24 at Whitmoor Country Club. The cost is $285 per couple and that includes golf, lunch, dinner and drinks. Prizes will be awarded for the A and B flights, longest drive, closest to the pin and the putting contest. If you would like to join us for dinner only, the cost is $65 per person for the buffet. We hope to see you there.

12th Annual Scholarship Awards Dinner

Please join us for SITE's 12th Annual Scholarship Awards Dinner as we recongnize this year's scholarship awards recipients. Our featured speaker will be the Chancellor of Missouri University of Science & Technology, Dr. Warren K. Wray. The event will be held on Wednesday, April 11 at Spazio Westport. Cocktails & networking will begin at 5:30 p.m. with dinner beginning at 6:15 p.m.

SITE Improvement Association is pleased to announce its officers for 2012 (from left to right): Jim Fitzgerald of N. B. West Contracting has been elected as Vice-President, Peggy McGrath of TraMar Contracting has been elected as Secreatary/Treasurer, and Tom Milne of Oreo & Botta Concrete has been elected as President.

NOTICE OF INTENDED SALE & NOTICE OF RIGHTS

According to Missouri Law, the owner of the residential property is required to record a notice of intended sale in the office of the Recorder of Deeds no later than 45 days prior to the intended sale date. All subcontractors/ suppliers are required to file their notice of rights at least five days prior to the sale date in order to preserve their lien rights.
