Construction Craft Laboreres Apprenticeship Program suspension of applications for apprentices

The Construction Craft Laborers' Apprenticeship program has suspended accepting applications for the months of November and December 2009, and January 2010.  Contractors who wish to employ apprentices, or who currenlty employ appentices and wish to employ additional apprentices, may contact their local union office for a list of registered unemployed apprentices.

Missouri Waste Water Improvement Projects

Governor Jay Nixon has annouced Missouri has been awarded $266 million of stimulus funds for wastewater treatment construction projects around the state.  The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District will be awarded $11 million.  For a complete listing of all projects, please click on see below.

New Prevailing Wage Rates for Annual Change Order 16

The Missouri Department of Labor and  Industrial Relations Division of Labor Standards has released new wages for Annual Change Order 16.  The new wages indicate the recent trade increases for the Cement Masons and other trades, however please note that the Operating Engineers have not yet updated their wages.
