Wages must be filed by Contractors to the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations by January 31, 2019.

Changes to the Prevailing Wage Law now require the Department of Labor to calculate a wage rate based on a weighted average of wages reported by contractors to the Department as paid to workers on construction projects.

Contractors can submit their wages to the Department via an online portal that can be found by logging into the Department’s website here: https://apps.labor.mo.gov/forms/PWS/.  This site enables contractor to directly submit wages and hours.

In addition, contractors can download a fillable pdf form, similar to the attached form, here: https://labor.mo.gov/sites/labor/files/pubs_forms/LS-04-AI_0.pdf
This fillable pdf form enables contractors to assemble data, over time, and submit wage reports in stages, or all at one time, after all data has been compiled.
